2020 was a serious plot twist of a year, one that we will hopefully never have to experience again in our lifetimes. So much has changed…we know more, we’ve seen more, and we are more aware than ever about what is and isn’t serving us. The lessons 2020 has taught us are ours to lose if we don’t stop to reflect and integrate them into our lives. In this workshop, you'll be guided through a process to reflect on what you've learned this year, set intentions for the new year that serve your highest self, and fill up your toolkit with simple practices to stay on your path and handle whatever is thrown at you with more ease. The world won’t magically return to “normal” when the calendar flips to 2021 (nor should it, we can do better!), but we can step into the new year aligned and ready to embrace whatever is ahead.

Do you want to...

...step into 2021 with clarity and purpose?

...learn simple tools to ease anxiety and stay connected to your truth?

...structure your life in a way that deeply serves you in 2021?

This workshop is for you.

A note from Kelsey...

Hi there! If we haven't met, my name is Kelsey, and I'm so glad you're here.

My purpose is to help people remember their power and truth though coaching, teaching yoga & dance, and as a reiki practitioner. The tools I've learned along the way have proven to help clients re-connect to their intuition and highest self, gain confidence in their path, and live authentically. I believe the way we change our lives is though tiny decisions we make one moment at a time, and it always starts with awareness. 2020 taught us a lot, and the thought of all the lessons we learned from enduring the year going to waste feels like such a missed opportunity! The year gave us a (hopefully) once-in-a-lifetime chance to change the way we work and live, who we surround ourselves with, and what we do with our time everyday. As we move closer to returning to a post-pandemic world, it's up to us to get intentional about how we want to re-build our lives in a way the serves us best. I hope you'll join me!

xo,

Kelsey
